Heritage Report Ranking Trump Above Reagan Again Exposes #NeverTrump Grifters

For a year now, all you have heard from our provincial #NeverTrump tribalists is how those of us who backed Trump were duped into supporting a secret Democrat, a lefty, a guy who could not wait to sell us out. Well, once again, these narcissistic #NeverTrump grifters have been exposed by reality, this time in the form of a Heritage Foundation report that ranks President Donald Trump above Ronald Reagan.

According to the Heritage Foundation, a widely-respected conservative think tank, during his first year in office, Trump adopted nearly two-thirds (64 percent) of Heritage’s agenda. By comparison, Heritage says that former President Reagan enacted only 49 percent of its policy prescriptions.

“There is so much noise in this town that I think it obscures the real work that’s being done,” Heritage president Kay Coles James told the New York Times. “This administration is doing quite well in terms of advancing a conservative agenda — clearly, quite well.”

In 2016, Heritage came up with 334 conservative policies, a wish-list of sorts, for a new Republican administration. Trump has enacted 64 percent of those items. In 1981, his first year in office, Reagan scratched off only 49 percent of the items on that year’s Heritage list.

Some of those on the right who opposed Trump have been gracious enough to admit they were wrong. The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway took a look back at Trump’s first year and wrote last week:
Ironically, the very lack of conservative bona fides that worried me two years ago means he’s less beholden to a conservative establishment that had grown alienated from the people it is supposed to serve and from the principles it ostensibly exists to promote. His surprising conservatism might also be the result of the absolutism and extremism of his critics, whether among the media, traditional Democratic activists or the anti-Trump right. If Trump were ever inclined to indulge his liberal tendencies after winning the election, the stridency and spite of his opponents have provided him with no incentives to do so.

On his radio show Thursday, Dennis Prager, who was not a #NeverTrumper but supported Trump as a dead-last choice in the 16 person GOP primary, was just as gracious and insightful:
I was wrong. My opposition to Donald Trump was wrong, in retrospect. I was wrong. I had friends who supported him, and I didn’t ...

Trump Economy Is Heading Upward and Reversing the Obama Era

With the stock market booming and consumer confidence brightening, prospects for a sustained period of growth look solid

When President Donald Trump told the Davos World Economic Forum that America is “once again experiencing strong economic growth,” the Associated Press hurried to publish a “fact check” contradicting the chief executive.

“The economy is doing better by some measures but data released just as Trump finished speaking shows it hasn’t yet accelerated meaningfully since his inauguration,” AP said, referring to the Department of Commerce Bureau of Economic Analysis report that the gross domestic product grew 2.6 percent during the fourth quarter of 2017.

“Hasn’t yet accelerated meaningfully”? It was as if AP’s editors couldn’t bear to look at the whole picture of U.S. economic growth in the past year, a picture Trump was eager to share with the assembled world leaders in the Swiss Alps.

“After years of stagnation the nation is once again experiencing strong economic growth. The stock market is smashing one record after another, and has added more than $7 trillion in new wealth since my election. Consumer confidence, business confidence, and manufacturing confidence are the highest that they have been in many decades.

“Since my election, we’ve created 2.4 million jobs, and that number is going up very, very substantially. Small-business optimism is at an all-time high. New unemployment claims are near the lowest we’ve seen in almost half a century. African-American unemployment reached the lowest rate ever recorded in the United States, and so has unemployment among Hispanic-Americans.”

So who presented the most accurate picture of the state of the U.S. economy? The numbers strongly point to the president, relying on the facts AP preferred to shuffle to the back of the bus, especially when compared to...

Obama - Leader of the Deep State Coup

In any criminal investigation where the suspect is not immediately known, the first question usually asked is who would have the most to gain? As we follow the bread crumbs of the text messages of Peter Strzok and Lisa Page and await release of the House Intelligence Committee’s memo regarding the collusion between the DNC, the Hillary Clinton campaign, the DOJ, and FBI to interfere with the 2016, ensure the election of Hillary, and the defeat or impeachment of Donald Trump, the answer to that question is clear -- one Barack Hussein Obama.

Can it be believed that as key players in the Obama administration like Strzok and Page, as well as FBI Director James Comey, Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, number 4 at Justice Bruce Ohr, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and many others were linked in a vast criminal conspiracy to keep Hillary Clinton out of prison and Donald Trump out of the White House, that Barack Obama was blissfully unaware of all this? Rather, it can be plausibly argued that he was orchestrating it.

Perhaps not directly or by explicit orders, but rather by discussing the threat to his legacy Trump represented with his progressive minions and then simply saying, as crime bosses throughout history have done, “You know what needs to be done. Do it.”

This scandal did not occur in a vacuum any more than did the weaponizing of the IRS to target the Tea Party and other conservative groups before Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign occured in a vacuum. The agencies under Obama’s control have been politicized before and used to intimidate and destroy his political opponents

Last September, I argued that Comey had the fix in for Hillary and we now know that he began writing his exoneration memo significantly before interviewing Hillary and other key witnesses. The exoneration memo underwent key edits in which Strzok, who interviewed Hillary and those witnesses, some of whom were granted immunity, was involved. But now, as the layers of this rotting onion are peeled away, it has become clearer that Comey did not act on his own...

Trump Administration Not Taking Up 2020 Census Recommendations From Obama Administration

President Donald Trump’s administration will not be making changes to the 2020 U.S. census recommended by President Barack Obama’s administration, the U.S. Census Bureau announced Friday.

“The Census Bureau will continue to use two separate questions for collecting data on race and ethnicity in the 2018 End-to-End Census Test, and as the proposed format for the 2020 Census,” read the announcement.

“The Census Bureau will not use a combined question format for collecting race and ethnicity; or a separate ‘Middle Eastern or North African’ category on the census form,” noted the announcement.

The changes recommended by the Obama administration included giving Hispanics one single category, diminishing their options to identify themselves as a race identified by anthropologists (such as white or black) and creating a brand new pan-ethnic category for people of Middle Eastern heritage, according to a commentary from Heritage Foundation’s Mike Gonzalez.

The designation for those of Middle Eastern descent would be “MENA,” for Middle East and North Africa, and the new Hispanic designation “would make it harder for Americans who originate in Latin America to identify themselves as black, white or some other race,” according to Gonzalez.

Gonzalez, a senior fellow at The Heritage Foundation, and a widely experienced international correspondent, commentator, and editor who has reported from Asia, Europe, and Latin America, told The Daily Signal in an email that the development is good news for U.S. citizens.

“This is a victory for the American people, who have demonstrated again and again that they’ve had it with balkanization,” Gonzalez said. “Creating yet one more pan-ethnic category, for MENA, and cementing an older one, Hispanics, would have taken the country further down the road of division.”

Dennis Prager: ‘My Opposition to Donald Trump Was Wrong,’ He Is a ‘Great President’

“My opposition to Donald Trump was wrong,” said Dennis Prager, describing Donald Trump as a “great president” whose political successes are connected to a disregard for the left-wing and partisan Democrat news media narratives.

Prager’s comments came during Thursday’s episode of his eponymous radio show. While Prager has said that Trump was his last choice during the Republican primaries, he supported him vigorously in the general election against Hillary Clinton.

“The only way to govern [while advancing] the principles of conservatism,” said Prager, was to disregard left-wing and partisan Democrat agitation pushed across the news media landscape. Prager said:
I was wrong. My opposition to Donald Trump was wrong, in retrospect. I was wrong. I had friends who supported him, and I didn’t understand them. I said, “Are you not aware of what he said about John McCain? Isn’t that enough to disqualify the guy?” They perceived in him what I did not perceive in him, that these over-the-top statements – as objectionable as the statements themselves may be, and none of them defended the statements – nevertheless, what they perceived was accurate: a man who doesn’t give a damn about what the press says about him. That is the only way to govern. It is the only way to advance the principles of conservatism in...

Are You A Conservative? Then Chances Are The Obama Government Was Spying On You.

Conservative author, filmmaker, and proud Indian-American, Dinesh D’Souza, who was among the most vocal in warning America about the rampant abuses by the Obama government, was then sentenced to prison for what amounted to a relatively minor political contribution violation. D’Souza claimed Barack Obama had deep-rooted fascist leanings. (Where was ANTIFA then to go to war against Mr. Obama?) Soon after, the Obama government proved those fascist leanings by allocating $100,000 dollars to investigate and ultimately charge D’Souza for an alleged $20,000 campaign contribution violation.

And get this – the Obama government had likely been surveilling D’Souza for months and months. The Obama IRS did the same thing to multiple private groups who opposed his socialist version of America. The Obama FBI did it to the Trump campaign. And chances are, if you are conservative and you have shared conservative/libertarian/small government/freedom and liberty/pro-America articles via social media, the Obama government was surveilling you as well.

Would President Obama have been that petty to target a critic for draconian law enforcement over a movie? The way the Soviet KGB might have targeted a dissident?
Well, given the common thread of socialism in both, it shouldn’t be a big surprise that he would.

It now comes to light that apparently, yes, he did. Dinesh D’Souza reports that he seems to have been in that unlucky category, targeted for any violation however minor, after making a couple of richly textured, artistically good and very popular critical movies about Obama. When a minor campaign finance violation was finally found after all that looking, D’Souza got the book thrown at him.

He now tweets that there is evidence for it:

My file—obtained by the House Oversight Committee—shows FBI red-flagged me as an Obama critic & allocated $100 K to investigate a $20 K case
— Dinesh D’Souza (@DineshDSouza) January 24, 2018

And that quite a few government resources went into ensuring he got arrested for something, anything. Here’s what he thinks might have been done, given the taxpayer cash that went into pinning something, anything, on him :

If Obama ordered surveillance on @realDonaldTrump in 2016, I wonder if he ordered it on me in 2012, leading to my selective prosecution
— Dinesh D’Souza (@DineshDSouza) January 24, 2018

It’s creepy to think there are lawmen with that little integrity out there to have not spoken out about such a blatant abuse of police power for political purposes. And it suggests that law enforcement agencies are shot through with leftists, which would mean no diversity of thought in the ranks, same as welfare, public defender, and other leftwing agencies.

What this vast expansion of resources – $100,000 for a $20,000 at most violation – also shows that Obama’s claims to “prioritization of resources” such as he claimed when he enabled the open border and its “child migrants” – was spoken with a forked tongue.

There was prioritization all right and it had nothing to do with best use of resources. It had everything to do with what was politically best for himself.

And lastly, it validates the truth about D’Souza’s claims made in his movies that Obma had a fascistic streak. He was not only like Benito Mussolini, he acted like Mussolini, given his...

‘The Fix Was In’: Gowdy Slams Newly Revealed Texts Between FBI Officials [VIDEO]

Republican South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy appeared on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” Thursday to discuss newly revealed text messages between FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page that dealt with Hillary Clinton.

In one text released to the public, Page, in reference to Clinton, wrote to Strzok, “One more thing: she might be our next president. The last thing you need us going in there loaded for bear. You think she’s going to remember or care that it was more doj than fbi?”

Strzok responded, “I called Bill and relayed what we discussed. He agrees. I will email you and [redacted] same.”

These messages were sent during the FBI investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server.

Speaking to Tucker, Gowdy said, “This, I think is the unvarnished truth of how they viewed both her, him and the investigation and how they wanted it to turn out. Keep in mind, Tucker, all of this is done before she was ever interviewed. So the fix was in. Unfortunately, before they even interviewed the target of the investigation.”

The Daily Caller co-founder asked, “What does it tell you about what they thought of Hillary Clinton? They believed, if she became president she would punish our ...

President Trump Will Be Re-Elected with 40 States

Stephen Moore, chief economist, policy analyst, author, and, by his own admission, one of the writers of President Trump’s tax plan, spoke last night to a special gathering of the Virginia Women for Trump, organized by Alice Butler, the Irish firebrand who loves America and fully supports President Trump.

Stephen Moore, an early supporter of Donald Trump, had predicted that he would be elected president and that he will be re-elected president with 40 states, “but Virginia has to be one of those states.”

Moore liked the way Trump spoke to the forgotten men and women in this country and the promises he had made to improve the terrible economy under Obama.

“Donald Trump has delivered in such an amazing way for the working class in this country.” And our booming economy proves it, it is such a remarkable success story that the main stream media constantly ignores.

“We are the party of the working class, the Democrats are the party of the media, the academics, and the rich,” said Moore.

Stephen Moore and Larry Kudlow were asked by President Trump to work on the tax issue together, to cut corporate tax, to increase the child tax credit, and to reduce the tax burden for families with children; he wanted every single person in America to get a tax cut. Despite the MSM’s non-stop claim that this is a tax cut for the rich, “a lot of the rich do not even get a tax cut if they live in states like California,” said Moore.

The average middle class family will receive a $2,200 tax cut. That may be peanuts to a person like Nancy Pelosi who lives on “a 30-acre compound with tennis courts and swimming pools, those are ‘crumbs,’ but for the working class families it means that you can pay tuition, take a vacation, and pay your healthcare bills.”

We cut the corporate tax rate, which is the highest tax rate in the world, from 35 percent to 31 percent, without one Democrat voting in favor of it. What are their economic growth and job creation messages? They are “I hate Trump,” “impeach Trump,” and “he is not fit to be president.” But every Republican in the Senate voted for this tax bill, added Moore.

As a result of this corporate tax cut, 100,000 Disney employees will get pay bonuses, 25,000 workers at Verizon will get pay bonuses and a total of 3 million American workers are getting bonuses, pay raises, or increases in their benefits. And the tax cut bill is only a month old.

Fifty-five million Americans own stock, most have 401k plans, 30 million Americans have IRAs, and another 25 million have pension plans. They are the beneficiaries of the incredible upswing in the stock market.

“Since Donald Trump was elected, the day after the election, the Dow Jones went up 700 points, the Trump Effect, and it has not stopped increasing since. The Dow Jones went up from 18,000 to 26,300, a 43 percent increase, a seven trillion dollar increase in wealth. We have never seen...

Thank You Stephen Miller!

One White House staffer holds the reins to American immigration policy, apparently.

Democratic and Republican senators who were hoping for a clean amnesty for illegal aliens brought to the U.S. as minors have expressed their frustration that Stephen Miller, senior adviser to President Trump, is ruining their plans.

“Every time we have a proposal it is only yanked back by staff members. As long as Stephen Miller is in charge of negotiating immigration, we’re going nowhere,” Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Sunday.

Graham added that Miller’s hawkish views on immigration are an “outlier” and don’t reflect what the American people truly believe.

Several news outlets ran stories in the last two weeks on how Miller is single-handedly preventing a deal to legalize so-called “Dreamers” because he insists on Congress satisfying President Trump’s demands.

This is a terrible thing, according to the chattering class. As one MSNBC segment described Miller’s influence, he’s “poisoning” Trump’s views on immigration. The right thing to do would be for the White House to agree to amnesty without wanting anything in return.

A terrible deal for Republicans and Trump, one which Miller clearly recognizes as such.

The reason Miller generates so much hate from people like Joe Scarborough — who takes every opportunity to take potshots at the White House adviser — and others is that he is an effective aide in advancing the campaign agenda Trump won the presidency on.

Miller has done much to make sure Trump sticks to his principles in the fight over finding a legislative fix to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. When the president first announced back in September he was scrapping the program implemented by Barack Obama through executive order, it looked as if he would quickly give what the Democrats wanted.

Both Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Trump was ready to make a deal favorable to their interests at the time. Thankfully, Miller stepped in and Trump issued tough demands — such as funding for the wall, ending chain migration and mandatory e-Verify — that made sure a capitulation on DACA was not possible.

A similar thing occurred last week when Graham and other senators presented their DACA “deal” to the White House. The bill would have only given an insufficient amount for border wall funding, done nothing to end chain migration and legalized not only millions of Dreamers, but their parents as well.

According to reports, the White House rejected the bad deal based on the advice of Miller and White House chief of staff John Kelly, sending lawmakers make to the negotiating table to get a deal more in line with...

Despite Hollywood’s Scorn, Melania Trump Has Accomplished Much as First Lady

Hollywood’s feminist hypocrisy was on full display Sunday night at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Actress Kristen Bell, who was hosting the event, joked about being a “first lady.”

“I think my first initiative as first lady will be cyberbullying,” Bell said to “much laughter” from the audience, according to the The Huffington Post. “Because I have yet to see any progress made on that problem quite yet.”

Melania Trump, of course, had said she wanted to work against cyberbullying while in the White House.

Unfortunately, Bell isn’t the only one missing—or choosing to overlook—the considerable achievements of Melania Trump and the other women in the Trump White House.

Women across the country marched for a variety of reasons Saturday, but a singularity was a particular dislike, even hatred, for President Donald Trump. To counteract that, the president took to Twitter to cite the incredible achievements that have helped women, noting in particular: “Lowest female unemployment in 18 years!”

Beautiful weather all over our great country, a perfect day for all Women to March. Get out there now to celebrate the historic milestones and unprecedented economic success and wealth creation that has taken place over the last 12 months. Lowest female unemployment in 18 years!

Not only have Trump’s policies benefited women, his administration is full of dynamic, intelligent, exceptional women in a variety of roles. They include Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Kellyanne Conway, Hope Hicks, and Nikki Haley, just to name a few.

To say the left portrays first lady Melania Trump unfairly is an understatement. She is frequently cast as a distant, one-dimensional woman plucked from an ivory tower and thrown into the White House unwillingly.

The opposite is true. The first lady has brought a remarkable degree of grace, dignity, and quiet strength to a position that, while unofficial, is steeped in tradition and significance for our country.

She is an extremely qualified and accomplished person on her own merits, and has expressed her delight and desire to serve in the capacity as first lady.

Here are the first lady’s top moments of her first year in the position:

Sarah Sanders Goes Scorched Earth On Reporter For Trying To Blame Trump For School Shooting [VIDEO]

Sarah Sanders held Wednesday’s White House press briefing in the wake of a horrific school shooting in Kentucky Tuesday.

The shooting left two dead and seventeen injured at a Kentucky High School, and the shooter’s motive is still unknown. The final question Sanders took asked about school shootings in the United States.

The reporter, NBC’s Peter Alexander, asked “What has the president done since October to prevent any of the shootings from taking place?”

Sanders replied that “The president believes that all Americans deserve to be safe in their schools and in their communities,” and that “we’ve tried to crack down on crime throughout the country.”

The conversation got heated when Alexander ultimately asked Sanders “What is the president specifically doing to prevent shootings?”

“Will the president come forward before the nation and tell people how he fells and use the bully pulpit,” he continued before the press secretary interrupted him.

Sanders raised her voice in disbelief, asking if the reporter was implying that Trump was “complicit” in the school shooting. She said:

“The fact that you’re basically accusing the president of being complicit in a school shooting is outrageous!”

When the reporter clarified, Sanders made the following point:

Afraid of a major conflict? The German military is currently unavailable

BERLIN — Three years ago, Germany's military made headlines when it used broomsticks instead of machine guns during a NATO exercise due to a shortage of equipment. The lack of real weapons in the European Union's most populous nation was seen as symptomatic of how underfunded its military has long been.

One Russian annexation later, if anything, the state of affairs has only gotten worse.

The parliamentary commissioner for the country's armed forces has now reached the conclusion that the German military is virtually "not deployable for collective defense," at the moment. Independent commissioner Hans-Peter Bartels also indicated in a recent interview that Germany was unprepared for the possibility of a larger conflict even though smaller operations abroad may still be possible.

Last October, reports emerged that not a single German military submarine was operational - at a time when Russian submarine operations in the Baltic Sea were raising new concerns.

The most commonly used German assault rifle stops functioning correctly in hot weather or if it overheats from too much use. Bundeswehr pilots are using choppers owned by a private automobile club to practice because so many of their own helicopters are in need of repair. And about half of all tanks were out of order as recently as last November, which left the country with only 95 functioning...

US stealth bombers in Guam appear to be readying for a tactical nuclear strike on North Korea

  • The US recently sent nuclear bombers to North Korea that can carry tactical nukes that would be perfect for taking out Kim Jong Un.
  • Some have suggested that a quick tactical nuclear strike on North Korea could cripple the country’s nuclear infrastructure with few casualties.
  • Recent reports have suggested President Donald Trump considering a strike on North Korea, but some experts and politicians think the idea of a tactical nuclear strike is a recipe for disaster.

The US has been quietly amassing firepower in the Pacific during a lull in tensions with North Korea, but recent developments on an under-the-radar nuclear weapon suggest preparation for a potential tactical nuclear strike.

The US recently sent B-2 stealth bombers to Guam, where they joined B-1 and B-52s, the other bombers in the US’s fleet.

While the B-2 and B-52 are known as the air leg of the US’s nuclear triad, as they carry nuclear-capable air-launched cruise missiles, a smaller nuclear weapon that has undergone some upgrades may lend itself to a strike on North Korea.

The B-61, a tactical nuclear gravity bomb that the B-2 can carry 16 of, has been modified in recent years to increase its accuracy and ability to hit underground targets, though that version has not yet been deployed.

Not only will the B-61’s new modification make it ideal for destroying dug-in bunkers, the kind in which North Korean leader Kim Jong Un might hide during a conflict, but it has an adjustable nuclear yield that could limit harmful radioactive fallout after a nuclear attack.

Though the US has plenty of nuclear weapons that can easily hit North Korea from land, air, or sea, they’re predominantly large ones meant to deter countries like Russia or China.

A 2017 paper in MIT’s International Security journal suggested that recent advances in guidance systems and nuclear weapons could allow the US to destroy all of North Korea’s nuclear infrastructure while causing 100 or so deaths, versus 2 million to 3 million deaths on both sides of...

Rep. Matt Gaetz Claims Evidence of a ‘Palace Coup’ in FBI Against Trump

Confidence in bureau must be restored, says congressman — and urges Congress to #ReleaseTheMemo on surveillance abuses

FBI officials exhibited “elements” of a “palace coup meant to disrupt” President Donald Trump both before and after the 2016 presidential election, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) said during an interview on Fox News’ “The Story with Martha MacCallum.”

“These are the elements of a palace coup that was underway to disrupt President Trump, both before and after his election,” Gaetz told McCallum. “And I suspect there will be multiple inquiries.”

The FBI admitted last week that it had “failed to preserve” text messages from two anti-Trump FBI employees during a five-month period. Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-Texas) told Fox News on Monday that new text messages between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page showed Strzok implying that a “secret society” of anti-Trump federal agents attempted to prevent Trump from becoming president.

Gaetz urged Attorney General Jeff Sessions to get to the bottom of the controversy and “restore confidence” in the FBI.

Gaetz said more than 20 members of the House Judiciary Committee sent Sessions a letter demanding the installation of a second special counsel to investigate the bias claims. A Rasmussen Reports poll released Wednesday found 49 percent of likely U.S. voters believe another special counsel should be created to investigate potential bias in the FBI in the handling of its Trump probe and the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server use. Just 31 percent rejected the idea of a second special counsel.

"I’m hopeful that the attorney general will act on that immediately so that we can restore confidence in the FBI on behalf of the countless men and women on the front lines working hard who I believe have been betrayed by ...
